Hi all,
I've just landed spot as C-ONE, TOMS and TRD distributor. Who do I have to sleep with (at least talk to laugh.gif ) about being allowed to advertise on the forums - and what's it worth?

Prices for C-ONE products will be 10-20% on top of the list price on the C-ONE website, and maybe +shipping depending on the item (if it is large, of heavy).

That's cool, but I'm afraid if one distributer is aloud to advertise, there will be a bunch that follow. You can just do what some other members do and watch the for-sale forums and post when you can get somethign others want/need. Making your sevices avalible, and advertising are two different things. I don't know though, I haven't much pull around here. I just thought I would throw my thoughts out there.

Where exactly would you want to advertise on the forums?

Where exactly would you want to advertise on the forums?

Haven't figured that out yet... spose maybe in the FS forums? Group buys? etc.

it's not a 10-20% DISCOUNT... it's 10-20% on TOP to account for shipping and customs laugh.gif

Hopefully it will be less than 20% for you guys cos I think your tax system isn't as, err, vigorous as ours for imports.

i don't quite understand - and additional 10%-20% on top of actual cost which covers shipping and customs --

hmm - sounds like regular price to me if you buy regular price and pay for shipping and custom --

correct me if i'm wrong

ok, so it goes something like this, whatever the price is in JPY, convert it to USD (or wherever you're from tongue.gif) and add 10% on top of the price for shipping costs.

Of course, the shipping cost is dependent on the item - if it's something small, the shipping cost is negligible and can be factored in. If it's big or bulky, like a manifold, bodykit etc. then shipping will cost a few hundred bucks (if not a few thousand - friend experienced that firsthand)on its own!
