I remeber someone on here posted on the "how to's" how to make and install halos for you headlamps. My guess would be the same way for the tails. (obviously )

Looking at them closer they look more like leds.

Yeah it was like a bunch of LEDs and some resistors if I remember correctly. But I like the clear housing more than anything.

No, totally different... headlights are glass, tail lights are plastic.... tail lights wouldn't be THAT hard

I think they look awesome on the car. The only way I would see them as "ricey" is if the rest of the car was riced out.

imo, the only thing that doesn't look modern on the celica is the tails, those tails are the closest thing to modern car tail lights. I think they are awsome and would fit the celica very well if the housing was round, not square.
