what type of paint do i use to paint the plastic panels in my car?

Use some sort of spray paint that is meant for adhering to plastic surfaces. You can find it in Wal-Mart, Autozone, National Auto Parts, etc......its just about everywhere, just look around and im sure you'll see tons of it to choose from.
