Damn I just went through your profile.
That engine mods list is one of the longest I've seen.
I hope you do get what your aiming for.
If not I reckon you'll be pretty close wink.gif

hope you make big BHP, looks like a list of mods that will make over 400 easy... wink.gif

as for 500, didn't the fastest UK Evo just make 430 with even more mods and nearly 2.4L displacement?

Gorgeous car though, some nice pics too.

i think there is evos more then 500 whp in uk. i saw green evo last month at max power should me more then 600whp.
to transfer power to wheels is more easy on 2wd cars like mr2 or 3sgte swap. so a 500whp gt four is probably faster then a 600whp mr2 or 3sgte swap

Do you have 4 800 cc injectors or are you running 8? If 4, I predict you will be fuel limited and will not get to 500whp.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

I also think 800cc will not be sufficient. Stock 540cc injectors are sufficient to about 340 bhp. You want 500whp so thats about 600-650bhp. Almost double. So i think 1000cc injectors are the best way to go.

Just did a quick math calculation.
For 675bhp u need 3.480cc/min. devided by 4 injectors you need 870cc/min injectors. So its gonna be close.

It doesn't work that way. You need progressively more injector the higher up you go. Some of the MR2 guys have had problems reaching 450whp on 850's and thats running only two wheels!

410 whp is good for daily drive wink.gif

Fuel Injector Spotters Guide and Information

Conversions

500cc per minute is approximately equal to 49lbs per hour which is equal to approximately 100hp.
lbs/hour = cc per minute / 10.2
lbs per hour = HP / 2.04
cc per minute = lbs per hour x 10.2
cc per minute = HP x 5
HP = cc per minute / 5
HP = lbs per hour x 2.04

four 850 cc injectors is equal to 680 bhp. with %25 transfer loss will be 510 whp

http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm ( for certain calculate we need brake spesific fuel consumping desired, max injector duty cycle, system fuel pressure at fuel rail)
