Well, I've been hanging around the forum here for a few months and finally found the 6GC I was looking for. A 99 GT, rarely winter driven with extremely low mileage at a reputable dealer.

Since these suckers are a rarity up here in Canada, I guess I'll be making a trek halfway across North America for my Celica. Hope it's worth the drive/hassle I've been going through. Not to say the $$$ smile.gif

Here are some pics that were sent to me by the dealer. When I go get the car in a week or two, i'll upload my own.

I've only ever seen a couple on the Island and I don't think the people are really into their cars cause they're not maintained. I saw a few in Halifax when I was living there last year. Almost bought one then but decided to pay off some more bills.

I'd definitely be interested in an Atlantic Canada/New England meet sometime. Love the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

The car is in Minnesota. Gonna fly down in the next few weeks and get it. I know what ya mean about the interior colour.. It is interesting... We'll see how clean I can keep it. Not too fussy on a car's interior. Black would've been better but gotta take what ya can get I guess.

As for the automatic, I kinda wanted a standard but not a big deal since I don't plan in racing it. Bought it more cause I like the look. Would like to do some modification but not sure what or when. I'm not car savvy but I could change to a manual transmission after a few years if I decide I wanna change it up.

Valo, thanks for the offer. I think I'm going to be staying south of the border for the journey back though. Going to stop either in NYC for a couple of Mets games or in Boston to visit some friends.

Thanks again tho.

Nice and clean,

like the white leather seats, very different.

which year was it that they stop putting the 4spoke stearing wheel and replaced it with the 3 spoke?

i think it's only the 98+ that have the 3-spoke steering wheel. for some reason, i think i like the 4-spoke better

btw, i've never seen such a mint celica like that. but with tan carpets and seats, you're gonna have to be extra careful to keep them looking clean.
