 gearing sticks, cant get it into 1st or 2nd |

hey problems wit the tranny, when i got done installing the axel and putting the fluids back in, it ran great for 3 weeks then all of a sudden i notice how hard it was to get it into the first three gears!!! now present day i would need to force it into gear or throw it into second then to 1st!!! i'm thinking that i need to add more fluid or what i dont know???

synchos??? damn can i fix that? what do i need to do? if i keep driving it like that will i mess something up? i checked the fluid and theres plenty of it. but synchos why now? everything was fine until 2 weeks ago. and i know i'm not no newbie in driving stick help and points please?! help is much appreciated
