Try junk yards for the side skirts, that is how I got mine after searching for it for so long, I decided to try local junkyards and luckily the first one I went to had it for $100

those things are gonna be extremely hard to find where he's located... you'd be lucky to even see another 6gc driving than finding one at the junk yard. but anyway, good luck on your search... it took me a long while to find mine but finally i did so ... don't give up!
