i am just researching about what tires i should buy. some ideas or recommendations should be useful. my tire's size is 17x7 and i have 215/40/17 khumo tires right now, not to complain about their performance but i am looking for the same price as khumos but with more quality. thanks guys in advance for any input. looking for 225/45/17 tires

i have Hankook HRII's 225/40/18... seems good to me, but i'm not really doing anything with the car to make it "perform" lol

www.tire-easy.com has Hankook Radial K106 for $60.61 each tire. I find this site to be very well priced. Rubber cost has gone up and its hard to find good tires for a low price. I use to be able to buy all for tires for a little bit above $200 on Kumho's, but now its above $80 per tire.

for 4 tires your size its $242.40 + about $70 for shipping
-- in store location it'll probably cost over $400 for all 4 - gotta save where you can
Below is a picture of the K106
All season tires
Speed H: the speed capability of this tires is up to 130 mph/210 km/h !

With a 17x7J rim i dont think a 225 wide tire will fit. Its to wide. You need 7,5J at least.
