I was at Aotozone yesterday and I saw that they have a big selection of polyurethane bushings, they look just like the ones that came with my sway bars, so check your local autozone.

how many people would be interested in getting together to try and see if a company like energy suspension would make a full set (full car) of Poly bushings for our car....i have pieces of the car i'm willing to send out to have them made if we get enough interest to beable to ask the company of a deal

I'd buy a set if they were available, though I do know that it might take forever to fab bushings. A bunch of MKIII Supra guys were trying to get a set made through Energy Suspension and ultimately ended up going with another company entirely. (Prothane IIRC) At any rate, it can be done, and I hope there is enough interest to get something going.

Which company did you mean by this reply. Superflex or another one?
Also not unimportant. GT and ST should be the same right?

thanks bro...i've been super busi here with a customer project, work and school that i havn't been able to give this much time...as well as i have done some research on companies who do bushings for my jetta but doubt they would do them for imports as its 99% euro based so those companies are outta the question

but i have heard rumors of a decent amount of 5th gen bushings workin on a 6th gen so i'll have to dig into that more and see wat i can turn up

I ordered Daizen ones through these guys, http://www.tmengineering.net/suspension/daizen/index.html.

It was $100 for the front upper and lower control arms before tax and shipping. They're an authorized distributor of Daizen and can probably get you guys a good price if you get a group together. Daizen is supposed to be one of the best on the market.

Maybe you guys would be interested in knowing the rear suspension arms also uses spherical BEARNING that you cannot change (where the hubs meet the arms).

And those are the ones that makes noise and enable you to wiggle the entire wheel/hub assembly.

edit:

actually its sherical bearing at both ends!!!

IPB Image

I know the rear arm is in 2 peices (for alignment adjustment)..I don't know about this one, I'd say its bearing too.

You guys should look into it, normaly replacing the entire arms are the only way to get rid of losseness/noise.
