How do i remove that vent circled in red? well i need the plastic insert more than the vent. I'm painting them all and that one doesn't "pop" out like the others did.. am i missing something?

ive heard theres a way to remove it without breaking the "tabs" that every1 did.....most of the ppl that took it out broke the "tabs" but some other ppl took it out with out breaking anything.....i havent done this...but i over saw somthing about taking out the glovebox.....thas about all i kno......

i also wanna kno how to remove this part without breaking them tabs....

If I remember, you need to reach up from under the glovebox area and sort of unclip the housing then pry it apart slightly at the bottom as the vent is slotted into the housing rather than just into a hole like the otherones. Right pain in the bum but I managed to do it without breaking it so it definitely can be done. Shame it was a while ago, I'll have a look at lunchtime see if I can see anything.

its easy if you lay under the glovebox and pry at the clips and have a buddy pull on the vent....i was lucky and able to get the vent off without any breakage.....even if the clips break its not too big of a deal...it will still be pretty firm....
