After 2 years of resto it finaly is running. I still need to hook up IC pipe vaclines etc. If anyone is knows about the wiring differences for the guages send me a pm. Thanks 6GC.

Glad to see you got it working. What do you need to know about the gauges? If you're trying to get the ST205 cluster working in your AT200 this how-to I made will walk you through it:
http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=30411 If you're just trying to get the stock gauges to work you should already have all the interior plugs charted and it will just be a matter of repinning a few connectors and you'll be all set. Let me know exactly what you need and I'll try and help you to the best of my ability. -------------------- ![]() Project ST204.5 99.88946% complete... |

Let me know exactly what you need and I'll try and help you to the best of my ability. Well okay ther is a couple of things; first I want to know how to wire in the fuel pump so I don't have to jump the diagnostic terminals; with the resistor if easily possible or by jumping wires closer to the ecu. Second I am trying to make the st gages work with the st205 harness. The main problem I am having is that all of the wiring diagrams do not seem to have the same wire plug locations lots are not labled. ex some wires are shown by the diagrams I have and some are not. Where there is a wire the diagrams do not show it. Another guy has been helping a little he told me which wires to change to get it started, but i have no tach, fuel level, check engine light, etc. I do not know about speedo, water temp, oil etc. I have only let it run like a min or less. It idols pretty smooth for not having ic piping hooked up and lots of vaccum leaks etc. I need to know what needs re pined at the II-2 II-1 and IJ-1 connectors I think it all has to do with these three plugs. I am not a wiring expert I can repin if I had a list like II-1 to IJ-1 for example. Also there are a lot of wires from the ecu pinout that are left black on the ecu wiring pinout diagram. for example what is? winj ac1 ats abv rly the eco cco egw els all listed on the circut board of the ecu and have wires to something. And last what needs changed at the ea1 fusebox plug to make the fans work properly. Thanks lance |

Thanks lance 75 percent of the problem is taht the 7afe diagrams i have are totally incorrect unless they call the II-2 II-1 and Ij-1 plugs something different. I need complete EWD for the 7afe. I wrote down the differences according to the celicateck bgb for the at200 and st204 and the wires are not there. trying to match functions with that of the st205. thanks lance |

I've found an issue! The 205 diagrams I've been looking at (from Celicatech) list II1 and II2 backwards compared to the 97 EWD I have. So for future clarifications, lets use this for reference:
IJ1 = Dark gray, 3 rows, 17 wires II1 = Gray, 2 rows, 13 wires II2 = White, 3 rows, 19 wires The fuel level sensor goes from the comb meter to the sensor via plug IG1 - this isn't part of the engine harness, so it should work juke like before the swap. The Tach signal comes from the ignitor through plug II1 - pin 3 (grey wire) - should be the same for both harnesses. Speed sensor wires and water temp sender are also the same. Be sure to pull out the GR-B wire from II2 - (pin 11 I think) from the engine harness side. This is the boost signal, and you dont have a stock boost gauge. To run the fuel pump constant, you would run a wire from the circuit opening relay (6 wire relay next attached to the ECU) to IJ1 pin 4 (blue / black wire).
To run the resisitor / relay setup, you have 2 options: 1. Use the ST205 Fuse box, which has the relay and wiring done for you. 2. Use any generic 5 wire relay and the appropriate resistor and wire it manually. Do you have the fuse block and resistor? -------------------- Scott

Yup , the fuel pump resistor relay and AWIC water pump relay have their own separate fuse box attached to the radiator on the ST205. It's a few extra wires to run - but if you are starting from the ST205 harness, it should all be there already and just 'work' unless something was modified. -Charlie -------------------- 2003 Subaru WRX Wagon
