I have noticed that my drivers side highbeam headlight is filling with water. So Im looking at the seal because I figure that that is the problem... How do you replace the seal? What do I need to takeoff in orderto get to the seal. Any help would be awesome!

Also, how do I go about getting the water out of the headlight?

I used as clear silicone to "reseal" it. Just put it along the edge. You can either use a blow dryer or let it sit out to dry the lens. I took a blowdryer to mine to make it dry a little faster.

My seals start to pop out after a day of driving, i'll probably take them out and go with clear silicone. Or just put a thin coat of silicone and put the rubber liners back on

Good thinking. Mine started popping off too, i even lost one of em lol, so i had to go back in, and re-adjust those clips that hold it on, and then dab some silicone under and around the actual part that the glass attatches to the rest of the light, and it was fine.

I still need to do both of those things... Im still working on the water issue... One of my high bulbs shattered...grrr... Actually, finding time to do that is the hard part... It makes the headlights look funny when those seals start popping out. Everytime i get out of the car, i go around pushing them back in. It would be nice to not have to do that. I think I might go the clear silicone way for both the leak and the seal-popping-out thing. Thanks for your help guys!

lolz i think every celica has this problem darn those clips don't do any justice i used to get out of my car too and look like an idiot pushing those things back in.. like everyone has said just glue it on and you'll be fine.. with your highbeam bulbs blown did any shattered pieces fall into the headlights? if it did you may need to take out the headlight and just shake it around to take it off another huge problem to fix.-R
