 EGR System problem, NEED SOME ADVICES! |

Im having some problem with the EGR system according to the paper clip test with the fuse. It shows that i have Error Code 71...how can i get this fix without buying a new one that would literally cause an arm and a leg at the Dealership store? what could have caused this to go bad?
