Just got a new shift boot from the toyota dealership near me cause those aftermarket ones never seem to fit as well as the OEM ones
 Anyway here is a few pictures.. Part number  Old boot   New boot   Installed  TRD short shifter coming soon

My stock boot is ripped in the same place!!! Right under that ring thats inside right?
