i have a 96 gt w/ the 5sfte set up. i am registering very lean on my air/fuel ratio guage. i need to know where i can find bigger injectors and a fuel pressure regulator. maybe a higher volume fuel pump as well.

i also need to know what size to get...found some Greddy ones that say universal. what is the general consensus on those or ones like them.

first, tell us about your setup.
what size injectors are you running now.
what map sensor are you using.
what fuel pump are you running.
what are you using for engine management
what kind of A/F ratio gauge are you using (wideband or narrow)

look for a supra fuel pump or get a walbro 255 one.

as for injectors 440 ish with 10-13 psi is cool however it will run a bit rich if not adjusted via a computer.

manny/pressure2 might advise getting 390cc injectors or to test out and c what kind of AF our cars can get with them.

either way dont spool up ur turbo to much/not at all if not running n e thing to get more fuel into the equation.

btw u should find out what kind of map sensor ur running.

well maf = Mass Air FLow sensor, and Map = Manifold absolute pressure
Map:
QUOTE
Definition: Refers to a manifold absolute pressure sensor, a variable resistor used to monitor the difference in pressure between the intake manifold at outside atmosphere.

This information is used by the engine computer to monitor engine load (vacuum drops when the engine is under load or at wide open throttle). When the engine is under load, the computer may alter spark timing and the fuel mixture to improve performance and emissions.

um, universal anything is probably a no no.

but yeah, all stock is you problem, deff not giving enough fuel, I'm not gana recomend ya parts, Presure2 is way better of telling ya what do do next then me.

also did you install the turbo? did you just like throw it on and fire it up kinda?

no, i bought the car almost exactly how it is...i think it has the exhaust mani from a 5th gen all trac. from what i hear that is a pretty common thing to do on 6Gs. but nontheless, i don't know much a/b it, or how to troubleshoot what is going on.

since we have est. that universal is prolly bad (something that i was sort of thinking myself) and also that around 440cc size injectors would be sufficient, where should i look to find some...any suggestions?
