We hear about how much money people spend on their celica but where exactly does this money come from. So I'm wondering what is everyones job? What do you guys do for a living? It'd be interesting to hear what people do for a living.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

Im actually a Jack off all trades/ do Odd Jobs, yes I could be a Giggalo if I have too.

So far I have worked at an Auto part store, done mechanic work, worked on a hotel doing carpentry (paid 4 the celica), plumbing installations, audio wiring, electronic technician, electrical technician, Electronic manufactoring / assembly, computer technician, Chicken farmer.....(sadly), Mcdonald's, Chinese buffet cook, server, waiter, host, manager, Running A Gas station, cash register programming, Pizza cook, Worm farmer, fish farmer....ah...anything that says ______ Farmer.

But most of my money comes from saving up money from all these jobs that I do.

i work at a Vet

Im basically an assistant. I help restrain animals when the doctor gives them shots, hold em down for xrays, I prepare vacinations, and I also take care of all the animals in the clinic. I also clean up the entire place too... and after the animals too >_<

I like my job a lot... but I work only 2 hour days, and I dont make very much to begin with... But i love the animals... Im thinking about being a Vet Tech when I get older or an actual Vet Assistant because of this job. smile.gif

This was a 3 month old puppy I had to take care of last month... Her name is Dasiy tongue.gif Isnt she cute!?

I make custom car parts for AE86 corollas.... yeah.. kinda wierd considering that i don't have one... Other than that i just go to school for Toyota (well actually not this Semester cuase my classes were full), but that's what im usually doing with my time. I don't really have a regular job, i just live each day as it comes. I can only live like this cuase i only spend money on rent and food cuase i don't need to pay for gas or insurance when my 6GC is in Ohio and my Alltrac doesn't run.

Administrative Assistant for a Transportation Engineering Firm and no were not responsible for all the traffic in the world lol

Untill I was 18 my parents paid for the modding of my car which included

1. GT4 Hood - xmas present
2. GT4 bumper - xmas present
3. GTS Wheels - needed them cuz i was going to a celica meet so my parents hooked it up with the money to get em
4. Custom Made Exhaust
5. Tinted windows

But then when I turned 18 I got a job but still I didnt really buy car mods with work money. The rest of the mods came from insurance money

1. OEM Sideskirts
2. GT4 spoiler posts
3. SSII splitters
4. AT ITALIA wheels

and one thing i did use work money to buy for my car was
1. JDM Low Beam Projectors

Parts as the main front, and IT on the side, however the IT pays better. biggrin.gif

Construction-home building, top to bottom. Last house I did before moving on was 1.7Million. All custom trim, alder cabinets etc.... the works. I had to move on as the guy was a president at a bank in Greeley, he was embezzleing the money to pay for the house. Then he put a Luger in his mouth.

Only set me back $6K when I was 21, almost lost my car, home. Ahhh.

Full time Electrical Engineering student. Used to work all over the country selling folding chairs. A year after I left (at the tender age of 17) my old company made Newsweek. Now they're looking for their first million dollar year, but it's all good because my division has basically shut down since they went to web sales.

Hopefullly, by next summer, I'll be working through the University of Tennessee as a half time engineer and half time student. That'll last for 6 semisters.

Lots of timed practice tests out of books and such. Kaplan (maybe others?) offers a course but I didn't take it. Generally, if you have done well on other standardized tests in school, you will probably do well on the LSAT if you are prepared and have a good day.

I own a dental lab - I make teeth for a living. My specialty is cosmetic dental work - the stuff you see on 'Extreme makeover" and the like.
It's amazing what people will spend on their teeth for a cosmetic redo. It can be in the neighborhood of 15-30 grand. I guess you could easily put that much into a Celi, too if you tried...

i HATE using this phrase because it makes me sound pretentious, but its the shortest way to say what i do where everyone immediately understands

Im a rocket scientist

a.k.a. mechanical engineer?

Actually, my degrees are in Aerospace engineering. My current job is providing engineering support for flight production and testing of rockets and other space propulsion for space-craft and non-terrestrial landers.

Ima full time student, studying to either be an actuary, or a mathematical "engineer" as they call em for the government.

i make a little side cash selling drugs, killing people, the usual.

^ a joke.

I actually teach swimming lessons, drum lessons, and lacrosse lessons to children to make money. I do swimming in the summer, drum in the winter and lax in the spring. Works well.

radio producer/technician for Radio Canada (the french CBC [that's like NPR with skills, y'all]). i research stories, write script, tech and direct a current affairs/information program Monday-Friday 6-9 a.m. all "en francais". i am also part of the national training group that teaches new technologies to journalists, broadcasters and talent (talking heads/painted mushrooms) in both languages.

i could easily piss all my spare cash away on the Celipig...swap/struts/rims/ICE you name it, i could do one a month, but a lot of the $$ just goes to making life better for my family and a few close friends. charity DOES start at home!!!

BTW i know this is a repost but face it-- it died in May. who goes back that far?
