I'd have to be the first one to say EWW!
M3 bumper belongs on a legitimate M3, not even on a regular 3 series.. -------------------- |

I like it dan. Knowing you, you would cut the opening and shorten the big mouth of it. But it flows with it pretty well i think. I can't wait to see your car finished man.

thats mainly the scaling mistakes in the photoshop...although in reality it should sit about 1"-2" off the ground once completed

Dont think it looks right. Id say just make a nice custom lip, will be less work and look much better. Honestly dont want to be rude, but are you going to really try and custom fit a m3 bumper when u had the hardist time fitting on a supra front?

supra bumpers arn't hard to fit...it was about 60% fitted after 3 hours of work....i just had 0 desire with that setup to proceed any further and waste more time and money...
but like i've already stated this isn't a set in stone plan |

I tihnk it would be dif. But not worth doing imho. Id say buy a 404 frontlip, and custom fit and mold that, Also with reworking some curves. That would give you a nice base to start front and imo would give that extra umph it would need with out taking away from what your going with the curren front end. |

yes but i really can't use the bottom half of hte curren OEM bumper as it has a built in license plate gap...having to fill that would sux so i'll be fabricating a bumper no matter what...even if its just a copy of the oem changed...and if i go for a lip i'll be buying the VARIS curren lip....404 is just crap that everyone else has...plus it just don't look good TO ME...
although i do have to say doug it did pull off well on your car..(btw do you still have your 2 side windows in the back? ) so its either Varis lip, custom ****, M3, or C-one but that is still left to be determined |

will it actually bulge out like that? Or will the m3 bumper be flush with the lights...i dont know if i make sense. I think it looks badass, the only thing is its a little much. If there was a way to make it flow more with the fenders then id say go for it.

the curren does the same thing your are seing as a "buldge" thats just how the curren and m3 both work...
but everything will line up flush i wouldnt have it otherwise...but the entire car is going to be slightly wider |

the varis front lip is the only way to go with a curren front end IMO

it is a great idea i really like it....but for my extensive body work and spacial requirements inside the bumper and bumper openings needing to be larger...its not the best fit
plus since when does "off the shelf" apply to me |

Id say stick with a nice clean swap. i think to much custom might be over kill and loose the real effect ur going for. I do say I like my 404 kit lip and boomer side(or what ever they are), I however need to cut up and do somthign withthe lip, it sits a tad to low and i scrap atleast once everyday somewhere. I also have repaired it 4 times. So Imthinking of somthing new. As for the two side windows? I still have them, nto sure what exactly you mean. |
