Very true, The only real thing im worried about is getting someone to do the swap. around here all the mechanics are just old rednecks that say "whattin' tarnations is a Swap?" and "i dust dont fool wiff dem old foreign cars, getcha a 'maro and we'll droppa treefitty un er'" *tobacco spit*

Well, I thought about it...but everybody knows that stock for stock...A celica is gonna whoop a Supra's A$$ anyday.

What with all these supra owners droppin' 7afe's and 5sfe's in their cars now for bigger HP gains.

Anywayz, just buying a Supra is too simple. lol.

for the st205 there are some things missing. You would need the igniter, the w2a fump and heat xchanger, pass side mount, ect. It is better to buy a clip, not just the motor.

i 2nd its better to buy the clip, but id love to blow 4k on this to upgrade from my 2nd gen 3s and get my big brakes! ha

the motor doesn't sit in the engine bay the same way our motors sit in the celica.

if you can't do the swap, think about slapping a turbo on your 5s. it's easier to do, but you still need to pay attention to detail. or, you could read over defgreph's sticky post about the swap, gather *all* the information you can about it, and try to do it yourself.

if you run in to any problems, make a post on here. lots of people have gotten help with their own swaps from the FI forum.

stay away from motor sets, get a clip, especially if your planning on doing the swap yourself.
