I totaled my 5gc 3 years ago and it JUST came off my my insurance. I was paying 80 a month and it got jacked to 120. This is liability add you on a junk car I drove until mine was fixed. Now it's back to 80 for full on my 6gc

Just talk to a body shop if you wanna find out if its totalled or not....or at least set up an appointment for an estimate so you know how much it might cost you to repair everything.
And by turbo deuce, do you mean MR2 or supra? I thought you were talking about an MR2....

damn..thats exactly what my Galant looks like right now. I totalled her though....tore the radiator str8 out of the box and was runnin without fluid...so i had bad engine damage.....so i'm hopin this is my break to finnaly get a Celica!

i had it popped.. i dont think it bent the hood... it just pushed the latch mechanizm back so when i popped the hood it wouldn't latch back....

hmm..i donno..they might count it as totalled....i had a friend who just becuz his hood popped up they considered it totalled. I'm sorry about the accident though....I'm not even gonna lie to u..i creid like a big baby when they towed my car. lol....

Alrighty. Well, the way to tell if it's totalled is to see fi the damage repair is more than the worth of the car in mint condition. Most likely your car is totalled if any part of the frame is bent. That type of body work, bending the frame back to the right position, is time consuming and expensive. Therefore your insurance company would much rather pay you the ammount your car was worth instead of paying twice that ammount to get it fixed. It's all in their interest and what they feel like doing. Whichever choice is less, either paying you what it's worth or paying to get if fixed, is that they'll do. My Suggestion is to get someone that has a body shop to give you an estimate. If it's more than 3g's...definitely totalled.
