the day after i installed my new tach i started experiencing starting problems but celi finally started. I didnt pay much attention to it unitl i noticed it was going really slow. If anyone knows or has expericened this problem please reply. thanks

You prolly got one of those HUGE tachs and the weight of it is slowing you down. Your not losing actual HP.

Funny,i thought those tachs gave you like +20 hp, or maby thats only on civics and dsm's.

splice it into the tach wire at the ecu and make sure you dont cut the wire, just splice into it. the ecu and igniter need to know the rpm of the car at all times. if you cut that wire, the car will not run right.
