I need a printable and reliable source of the laws of LEGALLY recording a conversation.
I know the simple stuff about having consent from all parties and stuff, or you can't hide the audio recording device. BUT, i need something that i can print out and take to this meeting tomorrow (10:00 a.m. (GMT -06:00 Central time)) and tell them, hey, i can legally record this (because i'll be by myself tomorrow). Basically, my fiancee's family and I are in a big legal issue agianst the business i work for, i will fill you all in later. But please please, help! 6gc Ghost -Spunky -------------------- ![]() The most important lesson I learned from Karate-Dō Kyōshan – “You can not be what you do not believe you are” |

Sounds to me like to you're going to work out a deal or settlement. If thats the case, I dont think anyone would agree to a recording.
If people on your side are unavailable. I would reschedule the meeting till its convieniant for everyone. Also legal representation would'nt hurt. This might help you Good luck -------------------- ![]() I will return one day. |
