OK, Im really thinking of getting a used sports car. I dont hva e aneed for a larger car, as well as somthing practical in any sence. I Love cars, and figured at my age and where i am this will be my last chance to get a sports/2 seater car.

So I have really been thinking of a s2000 or a 350z ... any opnions. My buddie has an 350 and i love its awsome. I alos love the s2000.. everyone that i ask that owns one or the other is saying not to get the other.

im also still thinking of an is300, but the price would range 3k more than the ones i have been looking at.

i would get an mr2 turbo. should be cheaper than the others you posted. rare, boosted, midengine, rwd, and cheaper to insure. cant beat that.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

Cheaper to insure? Really... I think they might be close to the same.

Ive driven both 350Z and S2000 [Drove another S2K last night =) ]

Coming from a Guy that will ONLY own Toyotas... I'd go with the S2K.

S2000, because it's the real sportscar of the two :-) The Z is more like a japanese muscle car...

lexus IS does a 0-60 in low seven seconds

s2000 in about 6 seconds

350z in about 5.3 seconds

If you can swerve it I'd say a 350z drop top

S2K for sure. Honda engines are much more reliable/durable and easier to fix. Plus you can get aftermarket parts at pepboys :-P

If you like torque at all, don't get a honda. They may be semi-quick, but what's the point if it doesn't even feel like it? I love the look of the s2000, but it will take a lot of money to get any real power gains, since they come very well tuned from the factory. If you really don't care about power then I would definately get the S2k.

I drove a 350z and it felt nice and quick, but the interior was a big let down.

Is300's are a nice, but still a 4 door and one with big blindspots at that.

eh, the rx8 is just as slow as the s2000

if I was spending that kinda cash, I'd like a a good low 14 second car.
