i've been to the car fare today and the importer of yokohama tires also started importing MAK and MS (?) wheels. both should be italian. they are quite nice and really cheap. 20% discount during the fare. which means i could get a set of 15" for about 350 euros. which is incredibly cheap, compared to other distributors and brands. question is - can they withstand the everyday punishment of curbs and potholes?
you can check them out here: http://www.makwheels.it/catalogue_en/catalogue.asp and the ones that caught my attention are these: http://www.makwheels.it/catalogue_en/ct_list/cat.asp?cata=28 wonder how the grapphite finish would look with on silver metallic ST...? alot of the cheaper aftermarket wheels aren't as durable as the oem wheels. especially the ones that are designed to be lighter (by using less material). i've never heard anything about mak wheels, though.
i think they'd look nice in a 17" or bigger. -------------------- ![]() do you know who i am, mr. worley? |
