tomorrow im going to attempt to fix my leaking high beam since it blew out like 3 bulbs so far. and what im planning to do is submerge the high beam housing in water, find where bubbles are escaping then reseal that area. my question is will this work? and if so what kind of sealent would work? or is there a better to do it?

Unless you remove the glass, you will never be able to get the moisture out if you do that.

Isn't there a hole where the bulb socket goes in?
I think his idea may work.

yeah, do you have a heatgun? set it on a lower setting and slowly heat up the glued areas.... and then slowly pry away... I just do the boiling because it's more convenient for me because it allows me to multitask a lot better. When i'm home this weekend and have to remove the JDM high beam lense I will prolly use a heat gun just to be a bit safer
