would st205 side fenders fit with a st or gt celica front bumper from the states.

yes.
the demensions on the fenders are exactly the same, the only diffrence is where and how the marker is placed on it. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

what about the aftermarket fenders like the z fenders or slr or d1 fenders. will those bolt straight up to the regular front bumpers from US

if they are aftermarket they will be made out of fiberglass, so there might b some fideling/sanding/fitting.
