i wan to boost my 5sfe and i have like 154000 miles on it, would it be worth my while to turbo it or is that too much miles?

in most cases , its really depends more on the condition of the motor, more so the amount of miles.
typicly tho, 150K+ is not the best time to think about turboing a motor. i cant remember how many miles vins had when we turboed it. im sure he'll post once he sees this tho ![]() -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

compression and leak down test will tell you if you should or not.
any local shop should be able to preform at least the compression test. |

when i turbo mine it was close to 130k miles. but mine was in a pretty good condition and installed by J.D.M. guy
