ok how do i get the little pin out to pull the old shifter out to install my new one??? The and is it nescessary to pull my whole dash apart to do it??? Help or a how to please. Thank you.

take out as much of the center console as possible. It was hell working down in there. To get the front pin out get a pin spike and hit it with a hammer till it's loose. the rear one is an absolute pain in the ass if it's the little clip on the right side that you're talking about. Full instructions are on the link I posted in the other thread. read through that whole thread. It was a big help for me.

I only removed the part with the second glove box and ashtray. cut the part as it says in the how-to on here and it was super easy to install. About a 2 out of 10 for difficulty.
