 Rear wiper, anyone know how to get the thing off? |

anyone know how to get the thing off? It's driving me nuts!

pop open the cap on the wiper arm, undo 1 10mm bolt
remove arm open hatch, remove plastic trim (just pull) there you will see i think 3 or 4 bolts holding in the motor you will remove these i also think there is one large nut on the outside part that is black and sits up against the metal that goes around the part of the motor that sticks out |

I have the gate off, all panels motor is loose. how do I pop off the cap? do I need to cut the spring? I tried pulling it off but I couldn't get it to budge!
