Okay, I already have a muffler like the one the Greddy SP exhaust system provides. Mine is a Bosal Prosport muffler....straight through design, similar shape, deep throaty sound. So, what is the difference between this and having the Greddy system? Just that I am missing the "cat-back" component? How much difference does this make versus stock...power wise? Thanks.

Anybody have any input for me? Thanks! I am thinking that I just need to get a custom cat-back done, but does that mean replacing the cat converter and the piping to the muffler, or just the piping from the cat to the muffler? wink.gif

um the diff between the mufflers is probally not much at ur cars level. getting cat back is simple that, just getting piping done from ur 2nd cat back to the muffler. you should just go with 2 1/4 piping and u should be fine. expect to pay around 75 dollars.

a cat back will not make a BIG improvement, if you were to get a header/highflow cat/ cat back you might get a noticeable difference. With a cat back you are lucky to get 5 hp, but it will sound much different which is good, or bad depending on your oppinion. My personal oppinion is I like a silent exaust and a nice intake sound.
