sorry for asking but how the hell do you open your doors?

Don't understand your gas door idea, so you pop off your tail light whenever you need gas? How does it not just fall off when your driving?

Aside from that looking damn fine, very very clean look which is nice.

Its a hinge and it latches the same way the old gasdoor did, with the same lever in the interior to open it. I used a door open switch to push it open so when its open the door light comes on so Ill know if it comes open when Im driving.

Really great job man. A lot of hard work there but it's paid off.

But i'm not feeling the new wheels AT ALL. The rest is sooo clean, you really need clean simple wheels, not those over the top split rim screw head covered things frown.gif just my opinion.

Nice work though mate thumbsup.gif

I guess I'm probably going to be the only one- but I like the old wheels. I'd powdercoat the old ones a matte black personally, but thats just me. The black is a good color for the rims, although it does look like the new ones are a bit busy.

Mad props on all the custom work man! It looks great, and its cool being able to have something truly unique!

i think you should make your licenseplate piece match the paint line of the taillights...
as what i mean is like paint the bottom of that piece white so it looks like a solid black line from taillight to taillight

Awesome, definately approved. Love what you did with the rear black area / shaving job.

addendum: would look great with better brakes and a two post spoiler, or a shaved spoiler/duckbill. i like the 3 spokes though, always have. Car is subtle and nice. I'd track down some foglights too. And what about radio reception? I think a little sharkfin might be cool. Definately liking it though.

Mods...can we please STOP QuintinGT from posting up pictures...every time I see his car it makes me realise how **** and dirty my car is and how much work I still have to do on it biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Once again, an awesome car, absolutely fantastic. Loving the black roof...very origional on a Celica. It all looks excellant. I`m going to go and sulk now and wish that I had (A) the time to make my car that clean and (B) the talent to do all the things you have done.

Just spotted the single wipper conversion aswell....nice

I think you need to photo-chop that muffler tip out!

And thank God you got new rims!

Other than that very nice, single wiper, darker turnsignals, all of it.

Nice. Clean.

(ooo, just noticed the shave rear brake light on the hatch)

(just change the tip of the muffler and you're set!)

Hi, it is a 3-post spoiler made into a 2-post, right? How is the stability of the wing after this makeover? Does it handle it, or is it weak and shake'y ?

Wondering about doing the same..

i finally figured out what the back of the car kinda reminds me off..it was like on the tip of my tongue for a while now....looks kinda like a white pontiac sunfire

but i like ur black roof..i was thinking of doing that for my silver gt-s but wanted to look for pics of what it might look like...good stuff

well my car also has four round headlights does that make it look like a tiburon?

Hi, it is a 3-post spoiler made into a 2-post, right? How is the stability of the wing after this makeover? Does it handle it, or is it weak and shake'y ?

Wondering about doing the same..

since the third post is in the middle of the hatch, (which is just flat sheet metal) it doesnt really change at all, whatever flex is there now was there before, if that makes sense.
