5sfe 3sgte head swap, what will I need to do to swap the heads? Options

hello I have a 1995 5sfe with a duel cold air intake a thomas racing chip and in a few days ill have two electric turbos so all in all im pushin close to or a little more than 200 hp carzy huh? anyway I was told I could swap my 5sfe head with the 35gte head is that true?will it give me more hp or will I lose hp with it being a 2.0?what about my cam gears dont the 3sgte run off two and the 5sfe run off one?what modifacations will I have to do to have the head put on my car any and all advice will be more than helpfull yeah before I forget will I have to get 3sgte throttle body spacers or 5sfe spacers Im getin spacers soon?

sorry, your a LONG way from 200hp.
no, you cannot just swap heads. its basicly a 3sgte swap, + machine work, custom pistons, and a bunch of fabrication to get working properly.
those electric turbo things are junk. dont even bother, you'll just get made fun of.
your "racing chip" is a resistor that fools the engine into thinking the engine is cold at all times, so it dumps more fuel in.
if anything you'll lose power with it, IMO.
what exactly is a "duel" cold air intake?

sorry guys I love the power I have stock im 130 thomas racing chip does make my ECU think there is more air gas mix but it really does give good hp everyone should try it its dyno tested it gave my car 23 hp plus the 130 i had and my cold air intake is crazy cant wait to get my camera back it go's down then splits into two and one of the two intakes has a funnel at the end sticking out of my car for 10% more air flow and I have a tornado in my intake hose and wires,plugs and my buddy makes those punk little electric turbo that push 1 to 3 psi per turbo believe it or not I dont care since I have two intakes I bought two turbo's they promise a 25 to 40 hp gain If I turn the turbo's on max so let's do the math 130 stock and 23 from the racing chip 10 to 15 for intake and we will say the least 25 most 35for electric turbo the my exhaust thats 8 to 10 that make's between 198 and 215 hp thats almost the alltrac for just a few hundred If anyone knows what else I can use on my 5sfe to gain more hp plz let me know headers are next

Im no expert but even I know that adding racing chips, dual CAI (prolly no difference than a single), and electronic turbos are all pretty much "gimmics".

Yes they do say that they add HP. But if you read about them they will say that they guarantee that they "CAN add UP TO"...I HIGHLY doubt you will be anywhere near 200hp. All the racing chip does is throw more fuel into the motor so your mpg goes down. Will that give you more hp? Theoretically yes. A dual CAI giving you more hp than a single? probably not, just get a bigger pipe and go with a single...And as far as the electric turbos go...A fan that pushes the air into the motor, again, in THEORY this SHOULD give your more hp. will it really? i doubt it...

sorry man. until i see a dyno chart of how much power you really have and not how much you think you have, i call bs. you might even make less than stock power with those restricting fans in your intake.

listen dood... your fairly new here, and we are trying not to bust your balls to hard over this, but those things you put on your car do NOTHING.

oh yeah? post your dyno sheet that states you are making 153hp at the crank from a .50c resistor you can buy at radioshack.

do you honestly think that the 100dollars you spend on the "eturbo", tornado, and resistor would give you the same power that people are getting by spending THOUSANDS to turbo their car? the people who sell those things are trying to scam money out of people who dont know any better.
