i dont think there would be quicker response because with a tt set-up you would have more lag....everyone says your better off with a single due to less lag....but the amount of power you would have with a tt set-up would be incrediable biggrin.gif maybe a good project for myself once im outta college???

Wasn't there something special about the twin turbo setup in the MR2 and/or Supra? ISTR something about the tt acting as a single turbo at slower revs/speeds then as one needs more power, the second turbo spools up and in this way, Toyota/Yamaha avoided much of the lag issues associated with standard tt setups.

single turbo (larger) will take longer to spool up....this is the entire point of TT setups.

smaller turbo say CT-26 sized would be used to spool up the second turbo say GT40R sized smile.gif

OR if you have lots of $ and some good knowledge

VVT turbo is 1 turbo but acts as a small and large turbo....oooooooo

make a custom exhaust manifold and put a turbo powered by 2 pipes each, in that case why not make 4 seperate piped all powering thier own turbo, haha laugh.gif
