Im thinking that i may start to make some more of these exhaust systems. I made one for sarah's coupe, but its not fully installed yet. But i wanna see if any one else. Pretty much what im planning on making is half exhausts for celicas. I can make them in sizes ranging from 2"-2.5" steel. They are only a half exhaust meaning that they will only replace the over axel exhaust section and a section of the exhaust system where it aims to the right side of the rear.

I dont have any pictures of it right now, but heres an idea of what you get instead. The blue section is for the piping i make. Silver marks are where the welds are.

Ill have pics of the full piping tomorrow or the next day. I have to weld the muffler on still.

Pretty much i want to charge $110CND for the work and any addational cost will be for mufflers.
Buyers can either buy their own muffler or i can buy one for them. I would need about 3 days to make up the piping b4 it would be ready for installation.

I might be making full exhausts sometime, but as for now its only for these sections.

If your interested, please let me know. Ill be making them in my garage here in Windsor ontario, pretty much right at Detroit..so US/Canadian boarder. Literaly a 1 minute drive off the bridge.

For the record (not looking to buy) these are under? axle or over axle?

if they are under axle, what sort of clearance can be expected?

So you are designing an "Axle-Back System" for our cars and not a cat-back system. But is it "bolt-on" kit or will it need custom welding to fit?

its a weld on kit. But its only availble for people in the surrounding areas as im going to be making the systems and welding them onto the cars for the person.

crushed..and i donno how much shipping will be. As for hangers, im mostly offering this as a service, so i would be making the hangers for the cilents car. Also it depends on what style of muffler, shape, dementions, etc. I could cut the piping up and weld them all up so that you can just weld it up to your OEM exhaust and ship it but your still gonna have to get a shop to weld the muffler inplace and make up your hangers.

for avererage price of gettin a muffler welded on is usually $115 for them to make the piping to get over the controll arms, plus the muffler welded on and hangers bent up. My system will probably cost you no more then $40 to get welded up if i dont do it.

I would have to get a shipping quote for a price of shipping it to NJ. PM me your adress and ill get you a quote.
