really??!?!?! O_o cuz i saw those two little tower things looks like it fits the 96-99 and you can modd them to fit the 94-95....lol

it's designed to fit your stock bumper (94-95). he was wrong in the original posting by saying it was for facelift (96-99). but due to the fact that it is an ebay kit you will most likely (almost positively) need to do a lot of work on it to make it fit.

trust me it fits prefacelift not facelifted. do a search for the hiro lip.
