I've lived in Vermont my whole life and every winter I throw on the steel rims w/hubcaps and throw the snow tires on. I've owned 2 celicas over the past 4-5 years and I have finally found the jeep I've been looking for.

http://burlington.craigslist.org/car/463867148.html

It's lifted 4" with fairly new 33's, new clutch and flywheel, custom front and rear bumpers w/winch, 6cyl, plus spare parts such as doors and a possible top....its been garaged every winter since the original owner bought so it has a solid frame, tub and underbody even the suspension with no rust even though its a Vermont vehicle. It has 143k miles and needs the drivers side door to be painted to match the rest of the jeep... is the only thing left to do really. I've asked all my jeep friends and they say its a great deal bc of what it comes with plus the fact its rust free....

So i guess I'm just informing you guys of my situation and letting you know what might happen.

If i have my parents help pay for the jeep i could keep my celi and pay them off in 2 months...buuut I will be graduating in may and tonight my parents made it clear they don't want me getting the jeep if I don't have like almost 3 k before i graduate so I need a chunk of cash for a place to live and all that stuff...

Go test drive a soft top TJ, the YJ's suck. I almost baught a 93 and hated the feel of it and decided I wasnt a jeep fan afterall. 2 years later I again wanted a jeep and within a week owned a 98. Such a better feel, the e-break is a hand break rather then a foot one, the top works so much better and with a soct top its VERY quiet.

BTW, $4500 isnt a very good deal for a 93 with almost 150k. I wouldnt pay over $3,000 for it. Also if you go 4" and 33's keep your eye out for 4.10 gears, they will help alot ofer the stock gearing.
