So im hangin out with a friend at a local area with a movie theater and stuff, and im talkin to this girl i know. She got a new car she just got VW so im like thats cool n stuff and this black guy musta been 25 atleast comes up behind me and is like Dont talk **** about VW's they are the best cars. so I look dumbfounded at him and am like there isnt anything wrong with them they are fine cars. Hes all like A vw could kill any celica so we are talkin about 3sge swap n **** and im tryna show him how he would be left eating the crap of anyone who did it. So this goes on for a long time and im like Ok, which would you prefer, blowing past some hot girls really fast to impress them or showin em how beautiful your car is impressin em that way. Hes talkin all how faster is better, so I was like Ok girls, whats better and like so many people are listening by this point ones like I would prefer a nice looking car. He of course then goes off how his car looks nicer. So we meet up both our cars and get public opinion. Naturaly, my celica looked nicer. And that lil boy gave up and left
 He really made me mad when he went off on how ohh and you got the money for the swap? What mommy gona pay for it, I was like shut the up I payed for my car and everything for it! Sorry had to rant and remind everyone why our cars kick ass

and that vw's are **** all the people that i know who have gotten vw's complained about the lack of quality. oh and what kind of VW did he have? was it a jetta, cuz that is the #1 car that is driven by a gay guy. lol -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition

My cousin has recvieved 2 lemon jettas and she is now in the process of a class action suit with hundreds of other dissapointed vw owners.

why has no one done this for ford, hyundi, pontiac, and chevy(cars). Ive heard hundreds of bad stories about brand new and older cars by those makers. I havent heard anything bad about vw's? |

for some reason VW does not skimp on quality on the audi line. ford is not as bad as the stereotype most chevy owners give it. if it was so bad, i wouldnt see mustangs everywhere as with escorts, thunderbirds, and their trucks and mini vans. GM does make lemons but no where near a number to justify a lawsuit. they just have poor quality on the little things, keep the fluids full in the engine and it will go. havent heard anything about hyundai, other than the phrase: "you get what you pay for" -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition

Some of the old VW's kick a$$. I go to the Bug-o-rama every year with my dad, cause he's still in love with those cars. I've seen an aircooled flat-4 bug get a 9.8sec 1/4 time. Those things can haul cause they're so light wieght. Bash the new ones as much as you want, they're chick cars I agree, but the 60's-70's rocked, and theres some that could kick the pants off of any celica on this group. With money and time anything can be acomplished. You could make the slowest car known to man(Geo Metro) and make it a 7 second car if your little heart desired.
