nop, the header is advertize for the Celica ST but is actually design for the Corolla, so it'll bolt to the engine but it won't reach the cat, you need to have the header extend by an exhaust shop in order to make it reach / fit.

Are you kidding me? A probe cat? Please tell me you're joking. If not I'm gonna go hit my head against something hard for a while.

Excuse me while I go find a metal door...

While I'm out, just curious, does having a probe cat affect our emissions? Like backpressure issues, passing inspections and HC output. I guess what I'm really asking is: Is this really the golden solution to the 7A-FE header headache?

So, important question: Does having headers make our cars non street-legal?

As far as legality goes, that just depends on where you live. If you want it extended just go to an exhaust shop and it'll cost like 20 bucks for them to extend it for you. But my recommendation would be to just do the rest of the exhaust at the same time.
