I'm in the middle of fixing the afterburner lights to my car. I've finished doing the left one and I've found the reverse lights don't work, not just the new one, but the old stock light as well. Both bulbs are fine, so I assume I've blown the fuse by having bare wires with power flowing fo the reverse lights. Also, and slightly weird, both electric windows have stopped working. Thing is, and this must sound dumb, I can't find the right fuse? I phoned Toyota and he said the reverse fuse is in my gearbox or gearstick area. Anyone know exactly where these fuses are? I'm going now to check every one in both boxes. See if that works.

Edit: Okay that was easy, they were both served by the same fuse, named "gauge". I think Toyota were just trying to make it sound complicated so they could charge me to fix it.

Make sure everything is plugged in. I know that if you unplug one window switch the other one won't work at all. So make sure you have everything hooked up and then try it again.
