I freakin HATE fleas! My aunt, which whom I room with, has about 7 cats. And for some reason, they keep getting flea infestation every 6 months or so. And I have REALLY BAD allergic reactions to their bites. I'm talkin really bad swelling and painful itching where as my aunt only gets tiny brown dots off them. I am so sick of it! I'm gonna move out once the lease is up in 2 months! I can't deal with it anymore! I can't SLEEP! I found flea doodoo on my face when I woke up. I picked up one of the cats, they LOVE coming into my room, and threw em out of my room and found 5 fleas on my freakin hands!!! Two of those in which was already sucking away. Took my lighter and burned them SOBs and the other three got away. IM SICK OF IT! I CANT SLEEP! I wake up to intense itching in the middle of the night just to find out that I have about TEN bites on my damn foot! I work 2 JOBS. One 7AM and one 3PM! Its almost 4AM and I'm UP waiting for those bastards to jump on me so I can burn them to hell! I can't take this torture anymore. FLEAS ARE SUCH A NUISANCE!!!

Um... I wish I could bro. But they aren't my cats. The only way I can get rid of them is just to keep them out of my room. But they always wait by my damn door and whenever I pop the door open, they jump right in. And.. there goes the fleas screaming YAY a new room to infest! I'm planning on going Petco today in the morning and getting some powder and spray. So I can spray every night before bed in my room. My aunt already sprayed the apartment but she hasn't gotten the cats any treatment so they are still carrying eggs and adult fleas on them. Very smooth... and I gave her 200 bucks to get everything done and yet all she did was buy a 20 dollar flea spray and vacuum the place...

tell her to buy some advantage. just put a 1 inch strip of the stuff on the cat's back inbetween the shoulder blades and they should be good for 3 months. the oil like substance slowly covers the entire cat as it walks around. gets rid of the fleas and their eggs. the powder and spray do not work. ive sprayed the suckers and put powder right on top of them and it did nothing. nor does giving the cats baths. they migrate to the ears and thats pretty much impossible to clean.

Flea collar never worked for me. Like forkee said, advantage or frontline works the best. Those are REAL medicine drops.
