right on the front of the tranny, driver side. Its a 14mm bolt i believe. Fill it, put your finger in the hole, and when u can feel fluid, its full.

sorry i have no photos avalible.

who are those crazy mechanics!?!

why its JDM Guy FTW!

yes i have sandals on. and yes i know its dangerous.

anywho the top cirlce is the fill plug and the bottom one is the drain plug. The fill plug is faces slightly downward so its annoying to fill using the gear oil bottles so i bought this hose thing that screws onto the bottles and it works fairly well..

its still no fun though... trust me.. ive done it many times... I used to have to put a quart in once a week haha.. sucked

Definitely use synthetic.(my opinion) Lots of people like the pennzoil version, others use royal purple.... The books I have say to use 75w-90..... I think the max is supposed to be 2.6quarts(this will differ if you have it jacked up in the front and still on stands, mine ended up being like 3.2quarts).... good way to tell it's full is fill it up when it's on flat land and stick your finger in the fill hole, when you can feel the fluid at the top, it's full.... or you can just fill it up and when it starts flowing out everywhere, let it leak till it's not leaking and your good to go lol(tis what I did cause I couldn't tell when the fluid was there b/c my hands were all oiled up)
