All my toyota dealerships do not replace those when timing belt is replaced - just check.
How often do they lock up?

I'm obviously way over due on this. I bought my car at 57K and I'm currently 128K without changing it. I'll be getting a new belt and tensioner in the next two weeks though. It's starting to chirp a little

Actually, I just asked how often they go bad if not replaced with the timinng belt.
Another way of putting it how high a chance for those to last two timing belts intervals.
