I'm thinking of going with a different look for my Celica and I'm thinking about taking the TRD wing off my Celica. So I'm looking for the factory 2 post spoiler from a coupe, the one from the 94-95 model.

You think so? Hmm, maybe I'm looking at my car from a weird angle right now. I have it parked in the shop, looking at it from my office, and it just doesn't click hmm.. maybe I need a new body kit instead to go with my TRD spoiler..

I wish they made a duckbill for my car, but idk how it would even flow with the GTfour front end. The 3 post never interested me so don't worry Yuchen, there will be no ripping off of any kind on my car smile.gif. So as of right now, my top choice is still the factory 2 post (or just keep my TRD :x)

I have a set of TRD rear splitters but idk if I like the way they look, so they aren't on. I might end up going with a modded to fit eurou rear lip instead. My celica has different outfits for different nights.

I do, but the large crater on the side of my car makes it difficult to make them look good on my car right now.

both of these are for a hatchback not a coupe/vert

either way i do like the trd a lot but i'm not a fan of it on the vert in comparison with a coupe. i don't know why it just doesn't strike my fancy when the car is topless. i do really like the splitters though. you should def put them on. what does vincent doggy have on his vert for a spoiler again? doesn't he have a 3 post? i really like the look of his vert.
whatever you do i wish you GL smile.gif
i'm still waiting to see a convertable curren though wink.gif

Thank you smile.gif. I agree with you! I really don't like the way my car looks with the top down which is why I always drive with the top up, and if you notice all the pictures I take of my car always have the top up wink.gif. Vincent Doggy has a very nice convertible, but you're wrong about the 3 post. His spoiler has.. no posts, it's almost like a duck tail but very small. It's like a duck nub. Thank you for the luck smile.gif .

i realized that after i posted LOL
you could always go that route as well though. i think it looks nice and clean on his car. you can get a universal lip spoiler for pretty cheap off ebay. CF even if you want.

I like his spoiler and it goes well with the SS-III front end, but with my GTfour front end I don't think it will be proportional.

I think you should fab up a way to put the gt4 blocks on it. Then sell me your trd one.

Oh I have considered it, but then that would require me to purchase a set of raiser blocks plus a hatchback 2 post spoiler and not even guarentee that I would be able to get them to fit. It would be easier for me, personally, to build a coupe raiser block from scratch using a coupe 2 post spoiler made for a coupe. Hense why I need a 2 post spoiler from a coupe.

But I need a coupe spoiler haha. Are they really that hard to come by? I figured no one wanted the coupes at all haha. I might save my TRD spoiler for a future Curren replica project, but then again I really never want to buy another Celica again. I'll see what happens after I get my hands on a coupe 2 post spoiler smile.gif . Hmm but Yuchen, maybe I'll take you up on your offer of borrowing your spoiler since you live so close to me. I just need it to see in person the mounting differences and angles of the spoiler in comparison to the coupe trunk lid. Really, I'd rather have a coupe spoiler, but I'll see what I can come up with.

maybe you need to fiberglass a lil extra piece to make the ends on the spoiler to be flat :]

It's not that I'm concerned about, I just need the spoiler to line up with the lines on the trunk lid.

Nope. My Celica came spoilerless fromt the factory. The car looked rather odd with a GTfour front end with no spoiler. I get a lot of compliments with the spoiler now, but idk, It's very flashy and people keep calling it the batmobile kindasad.gif

laugh.gif Well, I'm going for a more classy styling. I'm going for a complete new look for 08 on my Celica. I will be keeping the GTfour front end, but It's getting a complete make over on everything else because as of right now I still am not happy with the way my car looks kindasad.gif
