Two different facelift bumpers?

The is usual ones we see. This is the one I've seen on google images and Gran Turismo. I doubt Toyota would make the two different ones soo similar and only have the second one on say a limited # of celicas. There are only two stock bumpers. 94-95 pre-facelift, and 96-99 post-facelift.
