OK, so I noticed that everytime I go out for a smoke with my colleagues at work and they receive E-mails on their berries, my alarm would go on. My car is always parked near the door so I can sneak out any time I want as fast as I could... laugh.gif lol. Nobody is coming near it or touching it and there is even no wind that would shake the car, but it would go as soon as they receive emails. Do you guys think that I have a plausible theory here or I'm just crazy? Oh I have a compustar 2wssr alarm...

id say its possible. it could be picking up some interference from the signal.
kinda like when you have a phone near speakers and you hear all this crazy chatter before your phone even rings. i'm just speculating though.

Sounds possible to me.

x2 on the speaker cellphone theory & relation.

(although people who havenlt figured it out, it's funny if you catch em at the right second and say "answer your phone"or something before it rings. Freaked my boss out like that once.) laugh.gif

Anyone have any idea why my stock alarm would give 3 beeps at random times? I have heard it go off in the evening or at like 4 in the morning. 3 beeps, that's it.

light impact to your car will activate the first stage shock sensor and the car will beep 3 times.

similar thing happen when the cell phone is next to a PC monitor, you'll see the image shake a little right before the cell phone rings. I have a friend that still thinks I'm freaky because of that. lol
