I was just wandering, I have the 5sfe engine, what can be polished? And whats an estimate on the cost of getting it polished?

The valve cover and intake manifold are probably the easiest and best looking things to polish. They're aluminum so they polish up quite nicely, but it takes quite a lot of work to get them looking good from their stock 'as cast' state. As far as cost, I'm not sure. You'll just have to check with some places that do that sort of thing. Keep in mind that whatever parts you want to polish will have to come off the car and be disassembled as completely as possible.
