I just got invader sides form a member on here. they are a good fit but i took the door sill of and just put the side in and then put the door sill back on. The problem is that my door wouldnt close all the way.. Is it just because i dont have them tightend down? Is there something i have to do with my door?

don't put the door sill back in then.
or make sure the side skirt is bolted down in that specific area nice and tight...
