When the cars cold the steering moans when I turn right and u can feel it in the steering column almost like somethings rubbing but after about 10 mins of driving it doesn't happen anymore.

I've checked the power steering it all appears to be good.

I dunno if it'd make any difference that the car sat for 6 months without being driven before i bought it but it had a full service the day i picked it up. I've only had it a month.

Any ideas would be great.

Its normal on toyota cars (even the new ones) when the cars not warmed up yet the PS system/belt will squeak or make some weird noise on you but once it warms up it'll go away if not then you will have to diagnose your pump, hi pressure hose and the gasket, or your belt.
