I found this under my Driver's Seat (R/H side).
Can Any one tell me what it is?  and

Factory Alarm ???

Your aftermarket alarm should replace this unit.

It has some sort of frequency adjustment and two mini antenas....probably is am alarm, doesnt look like factory though.

for keyless entry, it's JDM standard(?) as I've got one and I have the toyota keyless entry key thingy
try locking with it unplugged -------------------- |
