Ok guys.. this is roughly the last month for me to sell this engine. If I still ahve this engine in january im going restart my project and get it installed. I am lowering the price of this engine to $700. It Comes with Engine, transmission, ECU, all brackets and sensors, Fuel Rail, Pulleys, etc. I also have some performance parts(NGK spark Plugs, Thermostat) and a OEM GT4 gauge cluster. the clutch is stock, the engine hasnt been touched since I bought it, the guy charged me $2000 which I dont have , its an AWD drive transmission, 3sgte cltuch and flywheel comes with wiring harness and ECU. It place where I baught was a gaurenteed start up. Ill post the exact site where i bought shortly. where it has pics of the same exact engine I bought. and if you buy from for the price of $2600 Ill even includde the stock ST205 gauge cluster which I bought for $280 plus shipping. But please note im truly pissed for having to sell this engine which I spent soo much money with parts.. so I may decide not to sell and just wait till january when I get paid again to do the swap.

just try doing it your self man..you will learn way more and i bet your get it done faster then what your tech is promising. but yeah 2grand to get it done your be spending way more then that if you want the car to even run right..dont go cheap your regret it later.

GT4soldier, That's a pretty steep price you're asking there... Why not just dig in and swap it yourself? You've been here for a while, and you know there are atleast 5-6 FULL HOW TO GUIDES!! not to mention several other half-way guides. And even more people who swapped and didn't tell us. (infact, i'm parked on the same block as a 3s-gte swaped guy who never said anything on 6gc about it. I drive by that car every day) Any of these people can answer questions, and help you to gett your 3s-dream going. Why not just digg in man?

I would but I cant, theres way to much that I still need to buy.. and with no job its kinda hard to do that. I need the fuel pump still, a downpipe, and at least an stage 3 clutch. I have no money.. So i need to sell this engine just to have soemthing in my pocket while I maintain the 5sfe engine. maybe in january Ill see if im still intertested in doing the swap. and Sorry if I seem like a jackazz to you.. didnt mean to be one. I just miss my car.

well here is something, use the stock downpipe..fuel pump is like 90 bucks try and sell the alltrac tranny..and yes there is a whole lot of info on here for you to look at or just ask some questions..other then that if your low on cash use the stock 5s tranny for now. ooh yeah you do have a gt so most of the swap is just a drop in. 5s fuel line, tranny, motor mounts, you can run the fuel pump for like a couple day untill you sell something and buy the warblo. you just need to figure out how to do the wiring harness yourself or ask someone to loan you some money and send it to dr.tweak

ok.. if I find a job before someone is interested in buying the engine, then ok yea ill keep the engine. I guess my friends and i can work on doing it.. yea i have seen alot of the How to's on here and if had the time and money and would definitly try it myself with my friends.. weve basicially done every mod to my car ourselves, like suspension, cold air intake, brakes, headers, exhaust system.. the reason i didnt want to try the swap ourselves is b/c its really big deal.. and if i Fk up something.. id b pissed.. but what ill do is read the How to's again and if i can find a job.. maybe we can do it.

you can do the wiring for that yourself. On the 3rd gen it's very easy, you would just need 2 relays.
Also from looking at the pics from the ebay link your missing a few things.

do you have the 3rd ECU plug, AFM, ignitor, coil, injector resistor pack, fuel pump resistor, fuel pump relay, turbo pressure sensor, air intake piping, and probably some other stuff usually not included in an engine and trans purchase?

i bought it for 2600 included shipping in august, but i just dont have the desire to put it in anymore.. so i dont really mind to sell it off for 900.. i guess its b/c im broke and i dont get paid again till january. Its getting kinda hard to b in school with no money lolol.. but then again i would love to have the GT4 power.. but either way its not fair to the engine.. since its just sitting and not being put in so Id rather someone that has the money to get it installed rather than keep it waiting till january.. ill pm u this reply as well
