Has anybody dealt with a Company called Mastergrade?

Here's their address:
Mastergrade,
1442 33rd st.,
Signal Hill,
CA 90755,
USA.

I bought a set (4) Brembo cd/sl. rotors from them bl**dy ages ago (jan/feb this year) and still haven't recieved them.
I had corresponded with them by e-mail (as I am in France) but still no joy
...and now they have stopped replying to my e-mails.

Please, please, please, can anyone suggest what I can do
...or act on my behalf.
(I have the original sale papers).

I would appreciate any help at all.
Thanks.

I think I'll try phoning first...have to work out time difference.
Thereafter, a registered letter.

As for sueing...may be difficult as I'm in France hence the request for help.

They seem to be a real company. Mastergrade. However, I can't confirm that. Good luck with getting your money/rotors. I hope you get both, because if it takes that long, they should be free.

Thanks for the comments.
I really, really need some help here.
I guess they think that because I am overseas (France) that I can't do anything about it.
This is, to say the least, really pissing me off big time.
Any help at all would much appreciated.

LuDaChRiS, I would really appreciate anything you can do.
I'll PM you with the last e-mail I sent them which has all the details needed in there.
If I can at least get an answer as to what the hell is going on and what they propose to do to fix the situation.

Good grief! ... after god knows how many e-mails I actually got an e-mail reply today from Mastergrade.

They said that they would find my order and provide me with a tracking number.
Unfortunately I've heard this before!

So if anyone passes or pops-in to Mastergrade on my behalf, can you please try and get a tracking number off them.
If you need more details I can PM everything necessary.

Thanks in advance.

I got my brembo crossdrilled slotted rotors from them... it took a little while but I ended up getting them for free cuz they messed up and forgot I wanted it shipped COD... so when it came I didnt have to pay biggrin.gif

The company sucks but they do exist and that is the correct address for them - I saved the shipping label biggrin.gif

edit: unless they have moved since its the correct address
